In more detail
What happens at each stage

You write your biodata
Seven short sections — personal details, deen, education, family, about you and what you are looking for. It takes about 15 minutes, saves as you go, and never asks for a photograph. Your name, date of birth, phone number and wali’s details are kept private and encrypted.

A person reads every word
A member of our UK-based team reviews each submission in full, usually within 48 hours. We check that it is complete, appropriate and free of contact details, and we may suggest gentle changes before approving it.

You appear as a code and an emblem
Once approved, your biodata is listed on the members’ portal under a profile code such as NK-1042 and a geometric emblem generated from it. Members see your age, city, background and what you have written — never your name or contact details. You can pause your profile at any time.

Interest is expressed through us
When a member feels a biodata could be a good match, they press “Express Interest” and may add a short note for our team. Nothing is sent to the other member directly, and there is no messaging between members.

We speak with both families
Our team checks that both biodatas are a sensible fit, then contacts the other member — and their wali or family, where they have asked us to — discreetly. If both sides are happy, we arrange an introduction with families involved. Numbers are never shared without consent.

After you are matched
When an introduction leads to nikah, alhamdulillah, we hide both profiles and remove the details from the portal. You can also export or permanently delete your data from your dashboard whenever you wish.
